The Struggle Between Holding On and Letting Go

Life balances precariously between holding on and letting go, weighed down by fear and the unknown. It begs the question of what we truly fear losing or if it’s the uncertainty of trust that makes us cling. Ultimately, choosing the familiar or embracing the unknown is a personal crossroads. Will you choose to hold on or let go?

Holding On and Letting Go

To Hold On or To Let Go

If only it were as simple as holding on or letting go
- a life without the shackles of being lost and afraid.
It’s a thin, wobbly line between fear and trust.

The decision to hold on or to let go.

What are we afraid of? Do we really have that much to lose? That much to hold on to?

Or, is it the uncertainty found in trust that tightens our grip?
Afraid to let go.
Struggling to hold on.

Is it worth the fight?

Which choice leads to safety?
Back to the familiar or toward the unknown?

Only we can decide.

Only I can decide for me.
